Four County Transit provides transportation to and from AASC's 7 nutrition sites for eligible clients.  The sites currently operate 2 days a week and can also request transportation on their club days -- there are fees associated with travel outside of normal site operation.  Please contact Four County Transit if your site needs transportation for an outing and a coordinator can assist you.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for transportation to and from the site during regular site days, you must be an active participant at the Congregate site.  Call Four County Transit to be sure that you live within the travel distance of the van and the coordinators will add you to the site listing.  Because Nutrition sites operate 2 days a week, there is no need to call and schedule for regular site days, however, Four County Transit asks that you call in advance if you know you will not be riding on certain days.

Is there a cost involved?

There is NO CHARGE for site participants to ride into the site on regular operating days.
