Route 19 Work Express
Beginning Monday March 19, 2007 Four County Transit offered
citizens of Russell County an easier and less expensive work commute
with its new Route 19 Work Express.
This new service, which begins at 7:00 a.m. at
the Park and Ride just outside of Abingdon, Va., features stops at various businesses along Route 19
and the corporate limits of
Lebanon,
Va.
The service ends at the Southwest Virginia
Community College.
Ridge Country Connection
Serving the residents of Dickenson
County by connecting the three towns of Clintwood, Haysi and Clinchco
is the newest service operating Mondays through Friday. Residents not
living on the routes are encouraged to call 1-888-656-2272 for the bus
to deviate on that day and time for pick up.
Grundy-Buchanan County Transit
Grundy-Buchanan County Transit's schedule has been revised
effective August 15, 2005. Hours of operation has changed been
changed to 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Residents not living within 10
minutes of the north and south fixed routes are asked to call at least
two days in advance to schedule trips in order to connect at Grundy
Plaza. The cost for the trips remains $1 per one-way trip or $2
for round-trips.Lebanon Transit
Lebanon Transit expands hours of operation to 7 am to 5 pm
and on first Saturday of each month beginning December 13, 2004. Russell
County Communities Connection service begins on same date to connect
riders from Castlewood and St Paul to Lebanon and back on Mondays,
Wednesdays, and Fridays. Riders from Dante and Cleveland area can travel
to Lebanon and back on Tuesdays and Thursdays. See Russell County

Richlands, Cedar Bluff, and Town of Tazewell
Hours of operation expanded November 1, 2004 for the fixed routes of
Richlands, Cedar Bluff and Town of Tazewell. The new hours are 7
AM through 5 PM.

need to be easier and more convenient!
Effective November 1, 2004 the
Four Seasons Connection
begins with Four County Transit, Graham Transit, and Bluefield Area
Transit which will enable residents of Tazewell County, Virginia and
Mercer and McDowell Counties of West Virginia to transfer between the
three public transit providers. The stops for transfer are located
at Tazewell Mall Entrance and the College Plaza Bus Shelter in Bluefield, VA.
